We do not accept returns. All orders are final sale. However, we do allow exchanges under specific conditions.

✅ Eligibility for Exchange
You can request an exchange only if:

🔁 You received the wrong item, size, or color

💔 Your item is damaged or defective upon arrival

🕒 You contact us within 3 days of delivery

📦 The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact

⚠ We do NOT accept exchanges if:

You ordered the wrong size by mistake

You changed your mind after receiving the item

The product is on sale or from a limited-edition drop

Include your Order Number and clear photos of the issue

Our team will review your request and respond within 48 hours

Once approved, we’ll guide you through the next steps for exchange

💸 Shipping Costs
If we made a mistake (wrong or damaged item), we’ll cover the shipping charges

If the issue was not on our end, the customer bears all shipping costs for the exchange

Exchange requests made after 3 days of delivery will not be accepted ❌
